Cancellations:
All cancellations will incur a $35 per night fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the check in date will forfeit the full amount of the reservation. No shows or less than the above notices will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the reservation.
Non-Smoking:
We are a non-smoking facility; including bathrooms. Ashtrays are available upon request to be used ONLY on the front porch area.
Beverages & Snacks:
Complimentary beverages, coffee, tea and snacks are available at all time. They are located upstairs, on a beautifully restored antique server. A small refrigerator is located inside the antique server with complementary cold beverages.
Check In/Parking:
We provide complimentary secure off-street parking. Pull into the driveway or park in front of the B&B and come to the front door to check in, as we do not have a public entrance at the back of the house.
Once you have checked in, convenient off-street parking is available directly behind the B&B. Just follow the driveway to the back of the house, park, and return to the front of the Inn to enter.
Times for Check In/Check Out:
Check In – 3pm to 8pm, M – Su; Check Out – 10:30am, M – Su
The office closes at 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time. If you are going to miss your arrival time, please call us as a courtesy so that we can prepare for your arrival. If you arrive early, the B&B may be unstaffed, as we run errands from 11am to 3pm. However there is plenty to see and do in the area in the meantime!
Pets:
We love them, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
Occupancy:
Our rooms accommodate two adults only. Accommodations are not suitable for children.
Payment:
We accept most major credit cards and cash.
Because of the Historic nature of our B&B, we are not wheelchair accessible.
